Property Bank Australia (PBA) is a commercial property syndicator and joint venturer established in 1992. Our investment focus spans across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors nationally, driven by market movements within these asset classes. Over this time, PBA has built a respected reputation across all major Australian markets. This reputation is backed by an enviable track record on completed investments and strong market relationships across the country.

Our Track Record

PBA has overseen the acquisition, management and disposal of more than 50 commercial, retail and industrial properties across Australia with a combined value in excess of $1B. With a focus on value add and counter cyclical market opportunities the Group’s performance has been underpinned by disciplined buying and in depth market knowledge.

Our Investors

PBA’s investors comprise high net worth (wholesale) investors (individuals and SMSFs), family offices, and other specialist Trust and Endowment Funds. Many of our investors have had an association with the group for over two decades and have regularly re-invested into new opportunities. Whilst existing clients receive priority to participate in new opportunities, we endeavour to make room for new investors to ensure continued growth of relationships in this area. PBA Directors and staff are always accessible and available to both existing and potential investors.
